We're not an out-of-state agency or a call center. We are a family-owned web and software engineering studio based right on Lake Sunapee, serving local businesses and organizations nationwide.
It began with a simple frustration.
"Too many local businesses were stuck with outdated, slow websites that didn't reflect how good they actually were. Broken mobile forms, security vulnerabilities, and zero support—it just didn't match the caliber of their work."
In 1996, Paul Sr. started offering IT consulting and early web engineering as Paul Carnevale Computer Help (pcchelp.com). His son Paul Jr. joined two years later at age 14, learning system architecture from the ground up.
Today, we run both operations in tandem, engineering high-performance web applications, custom management portals, and modern websites for resorts, non-profits, and growing businesses around Lake Sunapee and across the region.
