About

A web studio that actually lives here.

We're not a call center, and we're not an agency in another state that's never seen Lake Sunapee in October. We're a working studio based right on the lake.

The start

It began with a simple frustration.

Too many good local businesses were stuck with websites that didn't reflect how good they actually are. Outdated photos. Phone numbers buried three clicks deep. Booking forms that didn't work on a phone. It didn't match the quality of the business behind it.

So we set out to do it differently starting in 1996. It began with Paul Sr. offering IT consultation and building early websites through Paul Carnevale Computer Help (pcchelp.com) — a business we still operate today in tandem with Carnevale Design.

In 1998, Paul Jr. joined his dad at just 14 years old, learning the craft from the ground up. Together, we have spent decades designing, writing code, and serving the community. Today, we have served dozens of local businesses and nonprofits with clean, custom web solutions.

How we work

Three steps, start to finish.

1

We listen first

Before any design happens, we talk through your business, your customers, and what's actually been holding your site back.

2

We build with purpose

Every page has a job to do — get a booking, answer a question, build trust. Nothing on your site is there just to look nice.

3

We stick around

Launch day isn't the finish line. We're here for updates, questions, and the inevitable 'can we change this one thing' emails.

A website should feel like an honest handshake — straightforward, a little personal, and built to last.
What we believe
No sales script

Want to know if we're the right fit?

There's no pressure and no sales script — just a conversation about your business and what your site could be doing better.
