A New Website, Built Around How People Actually Find You

A fast mobile friendly site designed so customers can find and book with you easily, from a single launch page to a full site.

The Common Pitfalls

The problem with most new website projects

Most small businesses get one of two outcomes, and either way you end up with a site that doesn't actually do the job of bringing people through your door:

A cookie-cutter template that looks like every other site in a builder's gallery

A freelancer who disappears after launch

A site so rigid that even a small update means an email into a void, or an extra invoice

What's Included

Everything you need for new website design & build.

Purpose-Built Design

A site built around how customers actually find you and decide to book or visit, not just a digital brochure.

Mobile-First by Default

More than half of your visitors are looking you up on a phone in a parking lot or on a trailhead, not at a desktop.

Updates, Handled

We handle your hours, photos, and seasonal updates as part of ongoing care, or add a CMS if you'd rather make changes yourself.

Built-In Local Search

Local search built in from day one, not bolted on later, ensuring you show up where people are looking.

Real Timelines

A real launch timeline built around your calendar, not a generic 6-week template. We know ski season and lake season don't run on the same clock.

Single Pages & Launches, Too

Focused landing pages for an event, launch, or campaign, live in days instead of weeks, with no ongoing subscription.

Our Process

A clear path from idea to launch.

Every build follows the same clear path, so you always know what's happening and what's next.

1

Discovery Call

We talk through your business, your customers, and what your current site (or lack of one) is costing you. No price sheet, no pressure.

2

Design Concepts

We design pages built around how your customers decide to book or visit, not a generic template with your logo swapped in.

3

Build & Review

We build the site, wire up an editor you can actually use, and walk through it with you before anything goes live.

4

Launch & Handoff

We launch on a timeline built around your calendar, then stick around after launch instead of disappearing once it's live.

Typical timeline:

Most new sites take 4-8 weeks from our first conversation, depending on scope. Custom software systems take longer, see Custom Systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

By default, we build fast, static sites and handle updates like hours, photos, and seasonal changes for you as part of an ongoing care plan, so you're never stuck learning a CMS just to change your hours. If you'd rather make changes yourself, we can connect a content management system or build a custom admin panel (we use Filament PHP for this) so you can log in and edit exactly what you need, no code required. Just tell us what you'd prefer and we'll build around it.
Not at all. We're based on Lake Sunapee and know this region well, but we build sites for clients anywhere. Most of our work happens over phone, video, and email, so location has never been a limiting factor.
Totally normal. If your current site is more than 3–5 years old or doesn't reflect your business anymore, a redesign might get you there faster and cheaper than starting over. We are happy to talk through which makes sense on a free call.
Yes. For a one-off launch, event, fundraiser, or campaign, we can scope and build just one focused page instead of a full site: usually live in a matter of days, built on the same fast static tech, and without a monthly builder subscription. Multi-page marketing sites (a handful of pages instead of just one) usually take 1-2 weeks. If your needs grow later, we can always expand it into a full site.
