Getting Ready for Kickoff

Once you’ve decided to move forward, having a few things ready speeds everything up:

• Login access, if it’s a redesign: your current site’s admin login, and access to whoever manages your domain (registrar account or at least the name of the company).
• Logo & brand assets, if you have them (even a rough version is fine, we can clean it up).
• Photos, real ones of your business, staff, or work, not stock photos. These matter more than almost anything else on the page.
• Content basics: hours, services, pricing (if public), and any copy you already have written down, even in an old document or a Word file from years ago.
• A launch date or season that matters, if there is one. We’ll build the timeline around it.

Once we have these, we’ll confirm scope and timeline, and get started on design concepts. See our full process for what comes after that.
