Discovery Call Agenda

What we actually cover on that first 20-minute call.

No slide deck, no sales pitch, just a real conversation. Here’s roughly how the 20 minutes goes:

1. Your business (5 minutes)

What you do, who your customers are, and what season or time of year matters most to you.

2. What’s not working (5 minutes)

What’s bothering you about your current site, or why you don’t have one yet. We’re listening for the actual problem, not just “I need a new website.”

3. What we’d suggest (5 minutes)

Based on what we’ve heard, the starting point that makes sense, whether that’s a new build, a redesign, ongoing care, local SEO, or honestly just a smaller fix than you expected.

4. Next steps (5 minutes)

If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll tell you what a quote would look like and when you’d have it. No pressure to decide on the call.

Worth having ready

A rough budget range, one or two sites you like the feel of, and (if it’s a redesign) who currently has login access to your site and domain. See the full getting ready for kickoff checklist if you already know you’re moving forward.
